How to get there

The Museum of Dionisy’s Frescoes is in the village of Ferapontovo, 115km from Vologda, 20 km from Kirillov and 1.5 km from the highway Vologda-Vytegra.

The museum is open daily from 9.00 to 17.00; from 1 May to 31 August from 9.00 to 20.00.

Please, note, on very cold winter days the cathedral may be closed.
